Workplace Strategy
HGA has planned more than 10 million square feet of office space over the last five years across the country. Our dedicated team of researchers and design experts have built a national reputation as an industry leader in workplace strategy. With 11 offices and more than 880 employees, HGA has all the resources you’d expect from a large firm. However, it is our presence in Milwaukee and understanding of what drives our local market that truly allows us to excel at tailoring a design strategy that is right for you.
Change Management
HGA’s approach to the change management process is to customize and integrate the steps of transitioning from the familiar environment to the new environment in a way that is quickly adaptive to the organization’s business goals. We partner with our clients to ensure the course of transition is seamless and effective from pre-design and construction, to occupancy.
Quality Control
Our team is committed to detailed quality control checks at critical points throughout your project. A process of checks and balances and progress reviews help ensure accurate and coordinated documents that align your goals with the design vision. Initial concept reviews will be performed by senior team members at the onset of your project. Additional quality control reviews of in-progress documents will be conducted several times, aligning with the major design phases (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents). These quality control reviews are performed by senior architects and engineers who are not assigned to your project, providing a fresh set of eyes during the review. A firmwide team of architects and engineers meets regularly to refine quality and documentation standards and continually identifies potential for process improvement.
