This Employee Appreciation Month, the HGA DC team traded conference rooms for dartboards at Flight Club DC during our annual event!
The evening was filled with friendly competition, conversation, and plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of our day-to-day work. Celebrating our people is one of the many ways we foster a culture built on collaboration, creativity, and community.
We also had the honor of celebrating our office’s 2026 Founders’ Award winner, recognized by their peers for embodying HGA’s core values of optimism, collaboration, empathy, and leadership. Voyatek: A New Hub for a Bi-Coastal Technology Company
Our work on the Voyatek project was recently recognized as by IIDA Mid-Atlantic in the category for Corporate space under 5,000 SF. This human-centered “home away from home” office space for a diverse, dispersed team was designed through immersive co-creation, thoughtful simplicity, and inclusive participation. Activity-based destinations, purposeful materials, and interactive features foster collaboration, wellness, equity, and authentic connection across physical and digital realms.
