Stephen Fenelon is a Specifications Supervisor and NCARB registered Architect. With more than 20 years of experience, Stephen works with project teams from design concept through construction. He coordinates, researches, and documents the qualitative requirements of architectural materials and systems to ensure the technical requirements are met while maintaining the aesthetic design intent. Stephen is responsible for creating the architectural project specification documents and for coordinating with consultants and engineers to create a comprehensive manual for each project.
