Catherine Hall is a Senior Lighting Designer with extensive experience working across practice groups and markets to integrate sustainable, energy-efficient lighting systems that aesthetically enhance buildings and landscapes. She strives to make spaces dynamic while remaining sensitive to the intended programming function and use. She approaches her work through an empathetic lens, building on a clear understanding that lighting is essential to human health and wellbeing. 

Hall balances her primary design role with her parallel role as Milwaukee Office Director, overseeing strategic messaging and operations of the 200-person office in the city’s Historic Third Ward. 

She is a Certified Lighting Designer and Board member of the NCQLP, has Evidence Based Design Accreditation and Certification, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She is a member of the International Association of Lighting Designers and the Illumination Engineering Society. She also is an active member of HGA’s National Equity Council.
