With extensive experience leading Lean planning engagements at all scales, regionally and nationally, Andrew combines open-minded curiosity with a rigorous attention to detail. Beginning with pre-design and continuing through project completion, he works with clients and the design team to ensure that all healthcare programming and planning solutions drive quality into the project.

Andrew has spoken about Lean process and planning at the Catalysis Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit in the US and at the Lean Led Hospital Design Seminar for the Lean Association of Finland. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Catalysis Healthcare Value Network, a network of more than 70 healthcare institutions leading the way in Lean transformation and patient-centered care delivery.
