Each year, HGA recognizes colleagues whose work, leadership, and commitment to our culture exemplify the values that have shaped the firm for more than 70 years.
Established in 1992, the Founders’ Award honors the legacy of HGA’s founders—Richard (Dick) Hammel, Curt Green, and Bruce Abrahamson. Their belief in the power of design, collaboration, and service continues to influence how we work today.
Presented annually in each HGA office, the Founders’ Award recognizes individuals nominated and selected by their peers for the meaningful contributions they make to their teams, their communities, and the firm. While each recipient’s path is unique, they share a commitment to collaboration, leadership, and making a lasting impact through their work.
