His specialty areas have included healthcare facilities (HCAI/OSHPD), K-12 schools, community colleges, universities (DSA), and commercial buildings including aviation and hospitality facilities. Shahram enjoys the technical elements to his projects and is a strong project manager. Shahram has been involved in all phases of projects, from design through construction administration.
