Launched in 2015, the Insights Incubator program provides micro-grant funding for employees to research, explore and develop original insights.
Now in its 7th year, the Insights Incubator encourages cross-office, interdisciplinary teams with a common passion and curiosity to explore ideas together.
Our goals are:
- to grow insight through quality and relevant research
- to support and augment ongoing or existing research
- to encourage exploration of ideas with diverse, interdisciplinary teams across markets and offices
- and to build a more holistic practice by exploring the impact and intersection of equity and sustainability in design
Proposals are presented to and voted on firmwide. Winning concepts are provided time and resources for investigation, and once complete, discoveries are shared and applied to projects.
