HGA has been named one of the Best Places to Work among medium companies in Los Angeles in the 15th annual Los Angeles Business Journal 100 Best Places to Work 2021 ranking.
Co-sponsored by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group, the annual ranking acknowledges companies that are “setting trends and redefining the employee experience,” according to Josh Schimmels, Publisher and CEO of the Business Journal.

The Los Angeles office includes 72 architects, engineers, designers, marketers, and administrative professionals serving clients in diverse market sectors.
The ranking is based on an internal Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey that included 77 questions evaluating leadership, corporate culture, communications, two open-ended questions, and county benchmarking data, among other employee satisfaction feedback.
The 100 Best Places to Work winners were announced at a virtual event August 4, 2021.
