His background includes the preparation of plans, specifications, and reports for site development and other infrastructure projects, storm-water management, and public and private street and utility design. Erik prepares site plans with careful attention to regulatory requirements and processes that may impact project schedules and budgets as he obtains the necessary project approvals from the appropriate community and/or permitting agency.
