Research, Design, Transformation

Almost five weeks ago, in response to the escalating impact of COVID-19, HGA made the decision to close our physical offices and quickly transition our almost 900 people across 11 offices to work from home. Although challenging due to the logistical barriers that posed, our project teams across the firm—supported by an incredible group of people in IT, HR, operations, and more—made an almost seamless transition to a remote work environment and continued to serve our clients with their best work, without interruption.

As designers, we have a particular lens that is both an advantage and a responsibility in this moment. And regardless of what each of us designs—buildings, systems, interior spaces, strategies, experiences, technology—we bring a unique perspective and research-driven approach to solving problems; both for our clients as they try to navigate “business as un-usual” and imagine what comes next, and for our communities as their unique needs become magnified.

So, while our offices may be empty, our teams are still collaborating—researching and designing transformative solutions for our clients.

Please take care and let us know if we can help.
