Tech Forward: Transforming the Healthcare Industry Customer and Employee Experience

HGA and Zotec collaborated to design this space in a way that supports the customer experience. While mapping the journey of a customer, key messaging and touchpoints throughout the building featuring engagement tools and processes with a tech forward approach, helped to shape the space and design.

The design merges the energy of a modern tech office with Zotec’s eagerness to take the angst out of healthcare transactions, while also reflecting the complexity of that marketplace. This balance of providing a space that fosters relationships, inspires comfort, and instills trust is achieved by blending and weaving sleek and modern materials with comforting textural surfaces. The sweeping, aspirational gestures of their mark and the building form are paired with bold colors that are meaningful to the brand and contrasted with more neutral architectural finishes to create a vibrant, but overall balanced palette. Connecting people to place and the values of the company was a central design goal.

Glossy, sleek surfaces reflect the cutting edge technology that Zotec provides clients while contrasting with tactile materials and dimensional patterns that lend human scale, comfort, and add a sense of playfulness and discovery. The value-inspired messaging (Engage, Transform, Evolve, Connect) is further delivered throughout common spaces through large-scale environmental graphics.
