Sophisticated Common Areas to Entice Tenants

Located near Saint Louis Park’s West End development, West End Plaza sought to attract and retain tenants by enhancing its first floor amenity spaces. HGA was hired to inject excitement and design sophistication to the building’s 5-story atrium as well other common areas. The atrium renovation replaced outdated planters and water features with a variety of collaborative seating spaces, digital technology and a large scale sculpture suspended from above.

In addition to the atrium work lounge, new conference rooms and a social lounge were added to the building’s north end to establish a more thoughtful “front door” experience for visitors. Fitness Center and Café spaces were respectively added and renovated to lend a contemporary and creative design aesthetic to the building.
