Unique Design Solutions for Customer-Forward Company
ServiceNow, a technology solutions company, applied the same customer-service philosophy to its new workplace design as it does to its own customers’ needs. Executive offices for the C-Suite were designed specifically to conform to that specific individuals workstyle. Each is distinctly different, with its own personality and character, and bypassing the typical uniformity.
ServiceNow immediately sets a welcoming tone at the entrance. A comfortably furnished ‘living room’ with an informal dining and coffee bar greets employees and guests as they arrive. Serving double duty, the living room functions as both a waiting area for guests and central collaboration area for employees.
Accessed from either side of the living room, offices and workstations address each user’s specific needs. For instance, an employee who frequently collaborates and brain-storms in teams may occupy a workspace that resembles a small conference room with group seating. Conversely, an employee who generally meets one-on-one may have a more private space, reflecting the personalized comfort of a home office.
Throughout the workplace, brand-appropriate colors and graphics project a positive energy, establishing an engaging environment that reinforces ServiceNow’s culture and sense of belonging——and commitment to creating unique solutions for its customers.
