Designing a Comprehensive Campus Experience

HGA is working directly with Resurrection University’s leadership and users in the development of a new School of Nursing and Allied Health. ‘RezU’ is implementing a transformational program which will relocate their current nursing and allied health education programs, and increase their enrollment from 900 to over 2,000 in the coming years.

HGA recently completed a preliminary study for Resurrection University, currently located within an existing hospital nursing tower, to determine the strategic parameters of moving into a new greenfield site facility versus an existing facility. The new University headquarters will move into an existing suburban corporate office building, housing 93,000 SF of various-sized active learning classrooms, a high-fidelity simulation center, departmental and faculty offices, support, and student amenity spaces.
