Polished Design Showcases Builder's Aesthetic

McCarthy Building Companies is a national building partner who strives to “be the best builder in America.” Their new office space represents this motto through thoughtful design – combining a polished look with an industrial flavor. Concrete, glass, wood and contrasting black accents achieve this aesthetic for the builder. McCarthy employees were involved in the planning and design of the new offices, which helped to create spaces that were representative of the employees and location.

Site selection

Located at Mission Towers on the 9th floor with potential to world class views including Levi Stadium, played a large role in the overall tactical solutions and design aesthetic. This strategic planning focused on providing natural daylight and views to throughout for all public areas, workspaces and collaboration zones to support and enhance human health and wellbeing.
