Flourishing Home for Life Science Research

As a prominent research campus where Life Sciences companies can flourish, Centerpark will add 400,000 SF to the national portfolio of Longfellow Real Estate Partners, a leading Life Sciences real estate development group.

Scope of work includes an updated 17-acre campus masterplan, a new 200,000 SF ground-up building, and 200,000 SF multi-phased renovations to nine one- and two-story buildings. Partnered with Ferguson Pape Baldwin Architects, HGA is working closely with Longfellow to maximize core/shell opportunities and to reposition existing buildings into multi-tenant Class A lab-ready space.  The new building is a dynamic five story core/shell structure with outdoor terraces on every level and topped by a mechanical penthouse housing robust lab infrastructure. With nearly “column-free” floorplates, the core/shell is optimized for highly flexible modular lab planning.

Centerpark is registered for LEED Gold certification and will feature Fitwel certified shared amenities, including a gym, café, conference facilities, ample outdoor spaces, and bicycle facilities.  The new building provides garage parking and enclosed loading facilities.
