The ergonomically planned kitchens incorporate commercial-grade equipment with rich millwork and an open floor plan to encourage collaboration. A 50-seat demonstration kitchen includes a portrait of Betty Crocker—”America’s First Lady of Food.” An adjacent library houses more than 7,000 cookbooks.
