Expanding for Fast Growth

When Collective Measures needed an office expansion including new reception and café spaces, HGA started by looking at the big picture. After identifying future goals and growth projections we created a long range space plan that reaches beyond the extent of the existing suite to incorporate the entire 20th Level.

Over the course of four years and three major construction phases, the office developed into a creative, open, and agile work environment. In that time Collective Measures grew quicker than anticipated. The initial long-range planning ultimately helped subsequent phases to advance at a quicker pace and allowed Collective Measures to expand in a more deliberate and thoughtful manner.
