Embracing Collaboration and Flexibility

The new headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota features collaborative, flexible workspaces that will evolve with the needs of clients and colleagues alike.

In 2021 Boulay decided to relocate its headquarters and to use this opportunity to understand how they are working now and into the future. The design strategy focuses on bringing private offices to the interior with workstations and collaborative space along the exterior in order to maximize access to daylight for all employees. The design supports Boulay’s employee driven culture and provides areas that focus on hospitality, food and ample spaces for collaboration and connection.
