The 650 Live Oak project in Menlo Park is a fresh take on mixed-use development, combining sleek office spaces, eco-friendly design, affordable housing, and urban density in a single package—a rarity in Silicon Valley. The development includes a trio of buildings: a three-story office complex, a multi-family residential unit, and two single-family homes, all sharing a two-level underground parking space.

This development sets a new standard for future mixed-use projects and responds to the growing demand for more housing and urban living options in Silicon Valley. To address the housing shortage, the project goes beyond the required minimum of 0.5 below market-rate units and includes two below market-rate units.
