HGA’s collaboration with BILL, a billing automation company, spanned three phases over three years, including the employee office floors, an Executive Briefing Center, and, finally, as we were emerging from the pandemic, a solution to draw people back to the office.

It was important to BILL that this new Clubhouse suite convey the excitement of a Silicon Valley start-up that also embodied the comfort and warmth of home. It was also intended to be an environment that provided a break and respite from the typical office and something that you would not encounter at home.

This small separate suite is intended to be a place for employees to gather and unwind that seamlessly combines aesthetics and functionality. Pulling inspiration from hospitality design, HGA created a space that would feel less like work and more like a high-end club. The beauty of this Clubhouse is that it has become not just a place for socializing and gathering but also another amazing space for teams to collaborate and innovate, a place where employees feel valued.
