North Plaza in Rochester, Minnesota will focus on safety and eye-catching design.
Hal Henderson, a longtime Med City developer who is also director of HGA’s Rochester office, plans to build a 30,000-square-foot, three-story complex with an underground level to be called North Plaza. Taking advantage of new zoning rules, it’s slated to be built in front of Henderson’s Verizon building at 1700 North Broadway and extend right up to the street.
Henderson has worked on many of Rochester’s high-profile buildings, like the 318 Commons complex in downtown, both as an architect and a developer.
