Tatiana is a Principal specializing in healthcare planning and design. She leads interdisciplinary teams designing impactful healthcare projects throughout the mid-Atlantic and greater East Coast region. Tatiana has more than 20 years’ experience leading a range of projects nationally and internationally, from campus master plans to critical access hospitals, outpatient facilities, and specialty clinics.
Drawing on her early experiences working in construction and on socially focused projects, she believes even small design details can improve a sense of place and wellbeing.
