As Senior Project Coordinator, Matt works with project team members and client user groups to define goals, document, and incorporate design information. He has worked on numerous award-winning projects and a wide variety of building and project types. Matt brings a unique skillset to each project and works directly with clients and team members throughout all phases of the project. During the design, documentation, and construction admin phases of the project, Matt oversees the technical details, confirms code compliance, and meets regularly with project leadership and General Contractors to ensure a successful project that responds to the client needs, project schedule, and budget. Matt also works closely with HGA’s Technical Documentation and Quality Round Table, where he collaborates across firm practice groups and disciplines, sharing technical knowledge and assuring best practices. Matt also is a Digital Practice Group Liaison and QA/QC Coordinator.
