Marina Hill is a Business Developer for Healthcare supporting HGA’s Sacramento and San Francisco offices. She brings more than 15 years of AEC business development experience, with a strong understanding of Northern California markets and the relationships, timing, and strategy that help position teams for meaningful opportunities.
In her role, Marina partners closely with principals and healthcare leaders to support pipeline development, client engagement, pursuit strategy, and market-informed planning. She is focused on connecting the right people, insights, and opportunities to help advance HGA’s healthcare work across the region.
