A recent addition to HGA, Laura is an historic architect with over 20 years of experience focusing on the preservation and re-use of historic and existing buildings. Her expertise includes design, consultation, and regulatory review along with an understanding of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Historic Preservation. Laura will bring her strong technical background to her work with the Design-Build team to create the construction documents. She will clearly articulate the complex preservation process so that the owner and design teams are empowered to develop the project in a way that meets design, veterans care, and preservation goals.
