Kate Bartlett leads the Milwaukee office’s Education, Science and Arts Practice Group, where she collaboratively shapes strategy and guides team growth. She also continues to lead business development and client relationships for the Arts, Community, and Education markets throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest.
For Kate, architecture and real estate development are catalysts for storytelling, community empowerment, and lasting impact. In addition to her background in both domains, Kate’s leadership spans leadership financial management, data science, and business strategy. She is passionate about collaborating with mission-driven organizations, shaping early dialogue, building alignment across diverse perspectives, and translating ambitious ideas into actionable steps.
Kate holds a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University, along with certificates in Real Estate Development, Financial Management, and Data Science.
