Karenda is a registered architect who brings more than 18 years of experience to HGA. She has worked on a wide range of projects, guiding them to fruition through all phases of the design and construction process. Her project experience includes tenant improvements/renovations of existing buildings, master planning, and new construction of a variety of large complex projects. Karenda’s responsibilities include management of the project team, coordination with project consultants, ensuring all building code and jurisdiction requirements are met, interfacing with the client, and development of design concepts into construction documents. She has a record of delivering projects within schedule and budget without compromising quality.
