JoAnn brings her strong technical background and leadership skills to every project. With over 25 years of experience, JoAnn has spent a majority of her career focused on the execution of complex healthcare projects, with the last of six years being in the Bay Area. Her most notable experiences include on-site Construction Administration for the New Hospital at Stanford University Medical Center, as well as leading backfill projects in Stanford’s 300P Building.

In addition, JoAnn has served as the lead Construction Administrator and on-site Architect of Record (AOR) for the multiphased Marin Health Hospital Replacement Building in Greenbrae, California. Through her experience at these three regional facilities, JoAnn knows and has a good working relationship with many of the agency leaders focused on the O’Connor Hospital Seismic Separation project.
