Grace Froio is a Healthcare Business Development professional supporting HGA’s Boston and Mid-Atlantic healthcare practice groups. With experience in healthcare strategy, business development, external affairs, and clinical trial administration, Grace helps strengthen existing client partnerships and cultivate new relationships across the market. She works alongside HGA’s healthcare teams to understand client priorities, track market and organizational developments, and shape growth strategies that connect the right people and expertise to emerging opportunities. She is particularly interested in the intersection of healthcare strategy, market trends, and the built environment, and in helping health systems translate their priorities into opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
Before joining HGA, Grace worked in business development and strategic initiatives at University of Kentucky HealthCare, where she partnered with leaders across the organization and throughout the state on growth opportunities, strategic planning, and external partnerships. Grace has a Master of Health Services Administration from Xavier University.
