In her role as Principal and Associate Vice President in Interior Design, Erica aligns her industry knowledge with leading commercial enterprises, associations, law practices, and other professional services firm to expand the HGA’s Mid-Atlantic and East Coast practice.
Throughout her career, Erica has directed the planning and design of workplace interiors, tenant improvements, hospitality/retail spaces, and light medical projects. Her expertise includes business development, project management, space planning, workplace strategy, design and concept development, and furniture design and specification.
