
Eric Sahnow, AIA, NCARB, is an Associate Principal at HGA with 15 years of experience leading integrated architecture and engineering teams on healthcare projects across the Midwest and beyond. As a hands-on project leader, Eric serves as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and the design team—maintaining continual involvement through every phase of a project, managing budgets and schedules, and troubleshooting issues to keep the process efficient and effective. Collaborative teamwork is at the core of his approach, with a focus on aligning clients, design teams, and contractors to meet timelines without sacrificing quality.
Eric’s portfolio spans hospital replacements, bed additions, cancer centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and campus master plans. Eric holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. He is a registered architect in Minnesota and a member of the American Institute of Architects and NCARB.
