Daniel brings nearly 20 years of experience as a project manager for a wide range of projects, including fast-track schedule and Integrated Project Delivery projects. Dan provides day-to-day oversight for the project’s successful execution, focusing on strategic planning, communication, and organization. He maintains continuity on the project, and is integrally involved in each phase, coordinating team efforts, managing budgets and schedules, and troubleshooting issues. Dan also works closely with the construction partner in reviewing costs, resolving potential issues both before and during construction, and maintaining design quality during construction.
