Her work focuses on strategic HR partnership, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture, performance management, and building healthy, high-performing teams. Amanda’s approach combines practical business operations with a strong understanding of how people, teams, and organizations grow.
Amanda holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design and Communications from the University of Denver.
