Over the past 22 years, Aaron has had the opportunity to work on and lead the design of projects that positively impact and thoughtfully engage their users and communities. Aaron’s experiences are driven by a process intent on developing a deep understanding of client and stakeholder values, mission, project requirements, and holistic project vision, and a project’s relationship to their community and context. His work includes projects such as the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center – Behavioral Health Services Cener, Arthur J. Altmeyer Social Security Building, and leading the design for the corporate headquarters renovation of Marvin Windows in Warroad, Minnesota. His curiosity brings a unique and client focused perspective to all his projects.
