During the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, museums and cultural facilities are taking steps to re-open their facilities to the public with HVAC interventions.

As we continue to manage during the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, museums and cultural facilities are taking steps toward re-opening their facilities to the public. Many institutions are putting physical distancing protocols into place, along with timed ticketing strategies, and cleaning procedures to reduce the spread of the virus. However, when addressing safety within these complex facilities, there are still many questions about how a building’s mechanical/HVAC system can mitigate the spread.
