
HGA is pleased to welcome Julian Andrade, AIA, LEED AP, as Associate Vice President and Principal in the Public | Corporate practice group in Sacramento.
He will work with firm-wide leadership to increase business-development opportunities within the government market throughout northern California.
“I focus on strengthening trusted partnerships with clients and empowering interdisciplinary design teams through proactive problem-solving,” Andrade said. “HGA is dedicated to exemplary client service. This new position is an exciting opportunity to build on the office’s growing expertise working with public and government agencies.”
Andrade has 20 years architecture experience leading project teams and securing new business in California. His portfolio includes government, education, commercial, aviation/transportation, and interior work reflecting a range of project scales and delivery methods.
Before joining HGA, he was a Project Manager at Dreyfuss + Blackford Architecture in Sacramento, where he worked on several high-profile buildings for the State of California, Contra Costa County, Sacramento State University (CSUS), and other public clients.
Andrade has a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University. He is a licensed architect in California and LEED AP certified. He is a U.S. Army Veteran.
