When stay at home orders were first implemented, HGA was finalizing the design of the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust’s (HIT) new office space in Washington, DC. Construction had not yet begun, and as a result AFL-CIO HIT was able to quickly pivot and adjust interior design plans.

HGA was tasked to design a space that celebrates the company legacy and pride of McGough Construction located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Having outgrown their current headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, they expanded into a nearby former trucking terminal, transforming an industrial building into an open, collaborative workplace that will propel McGough forward as a construction industry leader for another 60 years.

HGA took careful consideration internally when planning and executing the concept for our new HGA San Francisco office, a landscape fit for architectural and design ingenuity and creativity.
After assisting International Dairy Queen with their site selection, narrowing from five separate sites down to Normandale Lakes Office Park, HGA got to work designing a creative, and highly functional space for one of the world’s most beloved and iconic brands.
