The new Western region headquarters for the Entertainment Community Fund (ECF) is a multi-level 12,000 square-foot office space, designed by HGA, to serve as a home base for the West Coast operations of the national human services organization. Fostering stability and resiliency in its mission to provide support for performing arts and entertainment professionals, the new, purpose-built regional headquarters will allow the ECF to more comprehensively deliver the critical services and resources that help creative professionals stay and thrive in the local area. The new offices form the cornerstone of the two-building Hollywood Arts Collective, a development focused on expanding access to affordable spaces for artists to live, work, and created in the heart of Hollywood. The design preserves the area’s cultural and artistic legacy while emphasizing transparency, engagement and collaboration, with a mixture of flexible workspaces alongside private offices and meeting rooms. Project Milestones
A groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction for the new Aspirus Chippewa Falls Hospital and Clinic. A partnership with HGA, Boldt, and its sister company, Bildt, the project combines an innovative hybrid modular and traditional construction approach, which will allow up to 30% of the project to be constructed offsite resulting in completion up to three months sooner than traditional construction. HGA infused flexible planning to maximize services on a small footprint and create possibilities for future expansion, to meet community demand. The 35,000-square-foot facility will feature an emergency department, inpatient beds, and a clinic with advanced imaging and laboratory services, all featuring design that reflects the local surroundings. HGA participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the St. Paul Academy and Summit School (SPA), marking the completion of Phase 3 of the renovation of the Lower School Campus. part of a broader strategy to invigorate the historic campus, originally established in 1923. For decades, the school has been central to holistic education in the Twin Cities and revitalization efforts are essential to accommodate the school’s evolving curriculum and maintain SPA’s reputation as a foundational educational institution. The renovations have significantly enhanced learning environments and public areas, addressing key accessibility challenges. Reconfigured homerooms were designed to encourage hands-on learning and support consistent enrollment across all grades. Additionally, newly integrated Learning Centers within each grade strengthen support for students with language-based learning differences. The revitalized public spaces, such as the library and living room, create a welcoming yet intimate environment, celebrating and building on the building’s historic essence. HGA’s design thoughtfully integrates historic features within a learning environment that sparks curiosity, harmonizing tradition and advancement. Check out HGA’s previous work at SPA, here.
