Researchers Kara Freihoefer and Terri Zborowsky of HGA join Donna Deckard of the Center for Health Design, and Andrea Sponsel of BSA LifeStructures, in this half-day interactive workshop demonstrating how Lean planning can be informed by Evidence-Based Design (EBD) processes that use research, data collection, and analysis. Workshop participants (including designers, owners, and builders) will engage with colleagues and a coach to simulate Lean/EBD strategies and identify tools and resources that can be applied to healthcare projects.
