HGA experts will be part of this year’s AIA Conference on Architecture sharing on different topics.

AIA Design Conference - Adaheid Mestad

As part of a panel, Adaheid will share insights on how and when designers should incorporate connotative elements into their design projects without culturally appropriating. Attendees will also learn about tools developed by the U.S. Department of State’s Overseas Building Operations to assist A/E firms in identifying the relevant connotative elements, cultural values, traditions, and lifestyle values to consider when designing in foreign countries.
