About the Author
Kevin Standlee, PE, ME, has a broad knowledge of the building construction industry, as well as overall engineering and design knowledge and experience. He has extensive experience with building/facility design, planning and electrical systems integration.
Brent Peterson, PE, is a process engineer focusing on healthcare. He is experienced in space planning, material-flow analysis, process improvement, workload balancing and scheduling. He is particularly focused on Lean design principles to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency.
