HGA is pleased to welcome David Rosenfeld, LEED AP, as Associate Vice President in Business Development for the Southern California region.
He will lead business development in Healthcare and Science & Technology, focusing on client relations and new opportunities throughout the Southern California market.
“The impact of the pandemic is placing new emphasis on healthcare delivery, research, and equity,” Rosenfeld said. “Throughout my career, I have focused on positioning high-performing teams to serve clients’ facility needs. I am excited to build upon HGA’s existing client base and design excellence to deliver healthcare and S&T facilities that support growing opportunities in population health, wellness, and research.”
Rosenfeld has 20 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, strategic planning, and communications in the architecture/engineering/construction industry.
Before joining HGA, he was Director of Business Development at SmithGroup in Southern California, where he focused on healthcare, S&T, workplace, and higher education markets. He previously held business development and marketing leadership roles with Sundt Construction, and Kitchell in San Diego, and Tishman Realty & Construction in New York.
Rosenfeld has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
