Designers got creative to incorporate The Hall’s many amenities, without sacrificing design or sustainable goals.

Capital One Hall, the centerpiece of Capital One Financial’s 24.5 acre campus, opened to fanfare this past October. Given a small footprint of land on which to build, designers and architects at HGA stretched their creative muscles to include all the Hall’s amenities – performance venues, corporate and gathering spaces, and a rooftop park – without sacrificing the building’s unique design or its rigorous sustainability goals. The result is a dynamic, forward-thinking building which has helped create the cultural and economic hub Capital One envisioned for the Tysons, VA community.
