HGA is pleased to welcome Alyssa DiMarzo, NCIDQ, as Learning and Development Director.

In this newly created position based out of the Boston office, she will develop training programs and initiatives that build on HGA’s existing knowledge sharing, continuing education, and professional development programs across 12 national offices.

“HGA has envisioned a highly impactful knowledge management structure that supports professional growth and communications, whether working onsite or remote,” DiMarzo said. “I share the firm’s collaborative culture that enables team members to deliver business success. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with staff at all career levels to further contribute to the firm’s growth.”
A licensed interior designer, DiMarzo has experience leading interdisciplinary development programs for design professionals. Her expertise includes training programs, talent management, operation and resource management, change management, and coaching and mentoring.
Additionally, she has held interior design positions with several firms in the Boston area and has served as an interior design adjunct faculty member at colleges throughout the region.
