Erin’s 25 year career has spanned geographic locations from Connecticut to Los Angeles to London, developing small- to large-scale projects in healthcare, creative media, technology, corporate, higher education and institutional project sectors within both design and full-service environments. Most recently, Erin has completed Scripps La Jolla Tower 2 hospital, a 175-bed acute care facility including emergency care facilities, specialized NICU and delivery services, interventional radiology, imaging suites, surgery and clinical lab. She has a deep understanding of tenant improvement phases through standalone projects and within the context of overall core-and-shell delivery, as well as significant experience in code analysis, feasibility studies and regulatory processes.
