Rouel’s project leadership ranges from concept vision of high-profile towers, master plans and tech or lab-centered office workplace, to the detailed process of construction and delivery of new made-to-suit office headquarters. His work throughout Asia has honed his ability to provide innovative and flexible design solutions at multiple scales. His dexterity in visualizing in 2D and 3D form, whether in sketch form or through BIM, coupled with an understanding of project documentation and delivery brings timeliness, efficiency, and organization to all his projects.
