
With extensive insight navigating complex federal projects, David focuses on HGA’s government sector to provide innovative solutions for major agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
He has more than 20 years of design and construction experience, bringing the client’s perspective to his role with expertise in integrated project delivery, critical path scheduling, cost negotiations, and client-contractor relations. Before joining HGA, he was with GSA Region 7 in Fort Worth, Texas, where he led successful delivery of LEED-certified courthouses, intelligence centers, and other secure government buildings.
David has a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
