“California is a growing market that faces many challenges and opportunities to meet the healthcare needs of a diverse population,” Vicente said. “Yet HGA has an amazing collaborative culture to address the opportunities in healthcare and serve clients in all capacities. I’m excited to be a steward of that culture in partnership with California’s regional practice group leaders Craig McInroy, Greg Osecheck, Marty Fifer and a dedicated team of design specialists.”

Vicente has more than 20 years of experience directing healthcare design teams, bringing the client perspective to her new role. Before joining HGA, she was Executive Director of Project Delivery and Campus Architect at UC Davis Health, where she oversaw the planning and development of campus facilities for the academic and research healthcare system across multiple locations throughout the Sacramento region.

She previously served in healthcare design leadership positions with several California-based design firms, including Stantec, Lionakis, and HDR.

“Victoria brings extensive knowledge of the healthcare market, combining her planning and design experience with valuable insider perspective of the client,” said Mark Bultman, National Healthcare Market Sector Leader. “California, in many ways, influences healthcare trends across the country. We’re excited for her to elevate HGA’s presence, aligning the best of our design expertise across the firm as we continue to evolve our national practice.”
